Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Jack Beecher LLC d/b/a Denta ("Processor") and the entity subscribing to the Denta platform ("Controller").

This DPA governs the processing of personal data by Denta on behalf of the Controller in connection with the provision of the Denta platform.
